Returns
You have [14 or 30] calendar days to request a return from the date you received your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Some items, such as customized or intimate products, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at brettminer@pleasantventuresllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Please do not send items back without receiving prior approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at brettminer@pleasantventuresllc.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is confirmed.

- Opened safety or hygiene products (e.g., mouth guards)
